This is a self-check in process, and by checking in you certify that you will abide by the following house rules.

Please note, if any of these house rules are not followed accordingly, you can be removed from the premises without a refund, and with additional penalties.

These rules are in direct correlation with the fact that we want every guest to enjoy their stay, have a lot of fun, and create memories in a clean, and comfortable home. We respect all guests and ask for the same respect to spread mutually amongst us all.

As long as these rules are followed, we are really nice and easy going hosts.


1. No parties or gatherings of any kind. There is a strict zero tolerance policy for noise complaints in this building. Should you break this rule and have a party of any sort, you and your guests will be removed from the premises without a refund and you will also be charged a $500 fine.

2. No smoking of any kind in the home. We will be forced to charge you for the odor removal which is north of $300 each time we have to get a company to come in at the last minute to remove the smell before the next guest check in. If the next guest cancels because of any smoke smell, we will charge you for that stay as well.

2. Please make sure you do not lose the key or the remote. Please ensure to leave them at the same place you got them. (On the kitchen table). If you lose the key/remote. You will be charged $150 for the time it takes to get a new one + the cost of the key/remote.

3. Please make sure to not put any sort of garbage, kleenex, paper towel, or anything that will clog the toilet, including excessive amounts of toilet paper in the toilet.

4. Please ensure to check out by the 11am check out time unless agreed to a different check out time. There is a $100 late checkout fee, if the late checkout is not authorized.
