Other RulesIMPORTANT HOUSE RULES: PLEASE READ

This is a self-check in, and by checking in you certify that you are willing and able to follow the house rules that you are being provided.

1. Get togethers, gatherings or parties are not allowed. Any authorized or unauthorized guests or visitors that enter the unit will be charged $50 per person per night except the first two people in the reservation. There cannot be any more than 2 people in or on the property at any one point in time. You must have all guests or visitors approved by your host before proceeding. Any approved visitors must leave by 11pm and only number of guests reported under reservation details are allowed to stay overnight. There is zero tolerance for noise complaints. Violations of this could lead to the removal of all guests and visitors, automatic charge of $250 penalty and cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2. There is a motion-censor camera facing only the entrance door ( Not inside your unit), which operates for 3 seconds at a time only when the entrance door opens and closes. It does not record audio. This camera is not to be tampered with, moved, or turned off at any time.

3. Please respect the neighbours and do not make any noise or play loud music after 11pm. Also please be quiet in the hallways when going in and out of the unit.

4. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. Failure to follow this rule will amount to a $300 fee to remove any sort of odour in the unit. If you need to smoke, you can smoke in the backyard.

5. We can only provide 1 set of keys during your stay, if you need more than one set, please ask us but it is not guaranteed. The charge for a key and fob replacement if guests lose or forget to leave them behind for any reason is $150.

6. Please make sure to not put any sort of garbage, Kleenex, paper towel or anything that will clog the toilet, including an excessive amount of toilet paper.

7. If there is anything caused by you that leads to a refund or a discount for the next guest that checks in after you, you are responsible to pay that amount.

8. There is a $50 late checkout fee, if the late checkout is not authorized.

9. We require a photo ID of the main guest along with the full names of any guests or visitors upon booking.

Please note, if any of these house rules are not followed accordingly, you can be removed from the premises without refund, and with additional penalties.

These rules are in direct correlation with the fact that we want every guest to enjoy their stay, have a lot of fun, and create memories in a clean, and comfortable home. We respect all guests and ask for the same respect to spread mutually amongst us all.
